Drafts policy recommendations and legal memos to the Education Department (ED) and Biden Administration on Title IX, focused on K-12 students, survivor discipline, and religious exemptions. Experience defending recommendations in meetings with stakeholders and developing concrete plans to execute recommendations with elected officials.
Drafted accessible “policy toolkits” for students to understand and “take action” on criminal-legal and education policy.
Wrote NYC Council member Helen Rosenthal’s Comptroller policy platform for human services providers.

Editor-in-Chief of HS newspaper, led 50+ editors and writers in producing five 30-40 page issues. Experience writing opinion pieces, editorials, cultural essays, and news pieces on deadline. Edited and mentored younger writers.

Developed Coalition Z’s “Swing Coalition” program: used digital and relational organizing to train and pair 200+ HS
students to Biden campaign, led 10-person recruitment team, built relationships with swing state campaigns.
Built three-tiered community lead system to train community leads for Ed Markey in recruitment and organizing skills.

Received NSLI-Y merit scholarship from U.S. State Department to study in Taiwan for 2021-2022, delayed due to pandemic.
